How to replace a MacBook Pro with a defective motherboard
Hello,
I'm Ghaith Ibrahim, a graphic designer originally from Syria. When I relocated to the United Arab Emirates, specifically Dubai, one of my first priorities was to invest in an Apple laptop due to its renowned reputation in the field of graphic design. I was impressed by the quality and reliability of Appleproducts, and subsequently, I purchased additional devices including a mobile phone, watch, and headset.
However, my excitement was dampened when I encountered significant defects in the laptop I purchased. Despite having insurance, the issue was traced back to a faulty motherboard, necessitating a replacement. I was disheartened by this experience, especially considering that I invested in what I believed to be the latest and most advanced technology available.
Although I identified these defects within the first 10 days of purchase, I was unable to visit an Appleservice center immediately due to my heavy reliance on the device for work. As a graphic designer, my laptop is essential for my daily tasks and project deadlines.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely
