Built Quality of my 2023 MacBook Pro is not great, what can I do? Can apple replace my MacBook?

I bought a new MacBook Pro in April 2023 in India, the quality of MacBook Pro is not same as my Previous MacBook Pro which I purchased in Australia. The Return Key comes out in my hand, there are indentations on my screen when I use my MacBook very carefully. The Quality has gone down. I don't know if Apple in India will replace my MacBook with a new one as it is still in Warranty period. If I was in Australia, I would have got a refund or replacement. Can anyone guide me as what should I do?

In areas where no Apple-owned store is nearby, Apple intends to fill those warranty commitments using Apple-Authorized Service Providers. Locations of nearby Providers can be obtained from the Apple support web site.

Outright replacement of the entire uint is seldom used as a remedy. Your warranty provides repair or replacement (at Apple's discretion) of parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship for the period of the warranty.

Contact a nearby Apple-Authorized Service Provider for satisfaction.
