MacBook Air M3 15 – Cracked Screen Repair Inquiry

Hello,

I recently had an accident while riding my bike, and unfortunately, my MacBook Air M3 15” screen got damaged. The laptop still turns on, but the display is cracked and not usable.

I am currently in Morocco, but the MacBook was purchased by my brother in France. I would like to know:

If I can get the repair done in Morocco, or if it needs to be serviced in France.
The estimated repair time and any next steps I should take.

Most likely you can get it repaired in Morocco, assuming there are authorized service centers there. You can check here:

As to how long it will take or cost, that will be completely up to the service center. You'll need to ask them.

FYI, the Top Case/Keyboard/Battery Assembly is the only regional specific part on these laptops AFAIK (the keys & key layouts) are unique to various regions unless there are some regional variations in the Logic Boards as well.

I think most other repairs should be available worldwide as @varjak paw mentions, but it is always best to inquire at the local Apple Store or AASP to confirm repair support.
