Books status "In Review" after 10+ day of the books being uploaded

I submitted 8 books to Apple connect. I have received no tickets about the books and sent tickets myself to ITunes Connect to ask why I cannot get these books to be reviewed. I always get an email back saying that they will investigate it, but nothing happens. It has been over 10 days and counting since I uploaded them from pages. My iTunes Connect account is active. Help?

I can’t publish my own books I started trying publish books on apple books. I was redirected to iTunes Connect but they said to wait 24hrs to validate my fiscal data. There is a month and nothing. Sadly service for those who want to publish a book for free. Sugestiona?
