My refund was denied unjustly
I requested a refund for something I bought from a game and the developer accepted my refund request and said they alteady started the refund process on their end. All I had to do was start the refund process from my end as well from the appstore but they denied it twice even after I requested a review. Now I can’t even ask for a review or anything about that payment. Why does apple deny the refund when the developer itself said they accepted the refund and how can I fix this issue? I couldn’t find a way to contact the appstore about this issue directly.
