I just got a message that my iphone has been hacked and i had 2 minutes to respond. I did not respond and shut down all apps and powered down. How can I check if I really have been hacked?

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
