Need to show Hidden Text from Word

I have switched to Pages from Word--or I hope to. But I have extensive documents containing all my research notes in which the bibliographic information is in regular text and the notes are all in hidden text. When I expand the hidden text I see the notes, when I collapse it, I can much more easily navigate to find a given source. Great feature. But now I am in Pages, and I find I cannot see my notes--the hidden text. Is there anyway to make it appear?

Since Pages is not a Word clone, it will depend on whether Pages translation engine can bring that Word hidden text into the Pages document (.pages) format or not. The Pages View menu has a toggle shift+cmd+i that can show or hide invisibles. If this does not reveal hidden text from your Word document, then you should probably remain with MS Word for that feature.

Thanks for the reply--I tried the invisibles feature, it shows only things like paragraph returns and other bits of document formatting. That's bad news: I may indeed have to stick with MS Office--which I was looking forward finally to leaving behind.
