How do I find the euro symbol on my new iPad with keyboard
I have tried Shift-Option-2 and it doesn’t give me the euro symbol.

You need to tell us what mapping you have checked in settings / general / keyboard / hardware keyboard / tap over at the right edge. Different language mappings can have euro in different places
