Can’t get verified for Apple Cash

Hello,

I have been trying to get verified for Apple Cash for 3 months, it will lock me out for 30 days until I can try again?? I have talked and gone through the whole process with 2 different agents on the phone to no avail. They just say sorry there is nothing we can do try again in 30 days but we don’t know what is the problem. My name matches my ID, my birthdate matches, my social matches, my address matches. I have checked all my information in my account matches?? The last time I was locked out I signed up for the Apple credit card right after I was locked out of Apple Cash and was approved for the Apple credit card with the exact information that Apple Cash won’t accept. If anyone can help with my issue it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I’m trying to set up the account but can never get verified. After giving all my information and clicking verify, it says unable to verify and locks me out of the verification process for 30 days. When I call in after 30 days they can reset the verification process internally, I get one shot at it and it denies me again. This has happened 3 times now so it’s been 3 months.

all my information is correct with Apple internally.

all my information matches my Drivers License. (they never ask for a photo of my ID)

my name matches my social.

I have had my Apple ID for over 15 years or more.

I pay for things through Apple Pay linked to my bank account.

I have credit cards linked to Apple Pay.

I applied for an Apple credit card a month ago right after being denied Apple Cash and it went right through.

when I talk directly with Apple I verify all my information is correct with them but as soon as I try to verify with Apple Cash I get denied for Apple Cash. All while I’m on the phone with Apple walking me through the process of entering my information?? They are as confused as I am and tell me sorry there is nothing they can do because their system doesn’t have any other options. The last gentleman was very nice and said he’s sorry there is nothing I can do call back in 30 days and maybe something will change.

im just asking for help here hoping someone knows something or maybe someone higher up can look into it and help.
