Unable to receive calls on Apple Watch 7.

I have a GPS version of an iPhone 7 that all of a sudden just started not receiving calls. Focus is off airplane mode and silence are all on I’ve unpaired and repaired the phone to the watch. We started to watch and it’s still not receiving calls. Everything else works. I get messages like your texts I get email just won’t see the call come in.

At my wits end, please help

un pair it and set up as a new watch (don't restore the backup)

Make sure the watch mirrors the iphone in iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Phone
