Calls are not received on Apple Watch after updating to watchOS 9 and iOS 16.1?

i have updated both my iphone 16 and watch 9 apple devices to 26.1 but still no calls are received on my watch as well only get a notification afterwards of the missed call

My Apple Watch Ultra 2 will no longer make or receive phone calls My watch just stopped making or receiving phone calls, I have looked at all of the settings, i have rebooted the watch, still nothing. Apple Watch Series 9 not receiving calls when away from IPhone I can neither make nor receive calls on my Apple Watch Series 9 when I am away from my IPhone. When I go to the phone icon on watch and go to my favorites, only texts are available. Phone numbers are not highlighted and unable to be used.

Do you have a cellular model and the eSIM for the watch has been set up correctly?

Is Wi-Fi calling and Calls on Other Devices disabled on your iPhone in Settings/Mobile Service?

Any Focus Mode enabled?
