I can't receive a call on my Apple Watch 5

I can receive all apps notification expect the calls

Notes :

On Watch settings > Phone > selected (Mirror my iphone) > Sound & Haptic are ON
On Iphone settings > Phone > Wifi Calling is ON , Calls on Other Devices ( When Nearby).

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 10

Try to disable "Wi-Fi-calling" and "On other devices" and make sure that the iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Apple Watch and Bluetooth is enabled on both devices as well.

In the Watch App on your iPhone, "Mirror iPhone" has to be enabled in the settings for phone calls.
