The refund was not credited to my card

I created a refund request and they said that the fee would be refunded later, then they reported that the refund was made, but I did not receive any payment on my card.

Even if you were told that the refund was completed, it could take several days for the refund to be credited. If in a few days, you do not see the refund in your account, contact the merchant or the card issuer.
