swipe to control volume on ipad 9?

Can i use a corner e.g. top right to lower left to control the volume on an ipad 9? If so, how do I set it up?

You can toggle it on and off, sure but It works only in the fixed position only no matter how you switch it. I'm one of the few who always had it off. The iPad Volume Control can be accessed by default using the physical buttons on your iPad, or from the Control Centre - the latter accessed with a simple downward-swipe from the top-right corner of the iPad screen.
