Command Z or undo on an iPad?

How do I “undo” or use the command Z on an iPad.

If you're using a keyboard, command Z works just fine.

If you're not using a keyboard, you can use Shake to Undo. Settings>Multitasking & Gestures>Shake to Undo>On.
