Microsoft AutoUpdate

I recently bought a Macbook. Whenever I switch it on theres a small screen that pops up saying "we detected a problem running microsoft autoupdate", please see attached screenshot. Anyway, I try to fix it and click on OK and a new screen comes up asking to troubleshoot and it never fixes anything. Its a new laptop im not sure whats causing this issue. Any ideas please? Thank you!
