I am trying to solve issue with using dua SIM/eSIM on my iPhone 12 Pro.
According to the information it can use eSIM. Model A2407, MGMN3CN/A. I have tried several times to add eSIM, but it is not working. And also in Options menu - Cellular I cannot see option "Add eSim".
Also in General information I have 2 IMEIs - "Back" and "Front" SIM. But unfortunately I don't have tray for 2 SIM cards.
Have anyone faced this issue?

There are some iPhone models designed for countries such as China. Their sim tray can take 2 physical SIMs but no eSims: one on the front and one on the back

There is no eSIM capability on that model (for China). Instead, see: Using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards - Apple Support
if it helps anyone, I managed to diagnose my problem. The unit responsible for eSIM management does not respond according to diagnostics and must be replaced.
Since you having two imesim? Reach out to your carrier. If the phone is not Unlocked, you can’t add a different carrier.
Interesting, because according to this article iPhone model number country code - Apple Community CN is for Slovakia.
So it should have tray for dual sim, and it doesn't have...

It’s your carrier issue. Reach out to them they help you out. In all the 3 times that I installed and set up the esim, my network provider had to activate it before it started working.
Sorry, my mistake. You are correct as to the region for that model. As to why the eSIM is not appearing, I do not know.
IMEI can bee seen from the beginning. I have tried to install eSIM, but QR code does nothing. Phone is unlocked for every SIM. See picture.
It cannot be my carrier issue. I have tried to add eSIM from 2 providers... That phone cannot recognize QR code, even there is no option to add it manually.
