Trade in old device & Education Discount

I'm a US citizen currently working and living in Saudi Arabia but I'm taking an online graduate course through the University of Oklahoma and I would like to utilize the Education Discount and trade in my old MacBook Air for a new one. Is this possible to do at an Apple store here in Saudi?
