UTC displayed incorrectly

As far as I am aware, all Apple products incorrectly apply time display settings (am/pm versus 24-hour) to UTC. By international standard, UTC should NEVER be displayed in 12-hour format (am/pm). Even if display settings are not set to 24-hour, UTC should still be displayed in 24-hour format. If Apple wants to offer this they should offer both GMT and UTC, since GMT can be displayed in 12-hour format.

When I try to click on "Date & Time" in System Settings it doesn't react at all and the Location Services is well configured with everything enabled even "setting time zone". Manual UTC Time Zone Selection in iOS Why there is no manual UTC time zone selection option on iOS. As someone who frequently travels across multiple time zones, particularly at sea, I find it extremely inconvenient that I can only change my time zone by selecting a specific location instead of simply setting a UTC offset (e.g., UTC-2). When I need to adjust my time while at sea, I shouldn’t have to guess a land-based location that happens to be in the correct time zone. This is an unnecessary limitation that makes it difficult for maritime professionals, airline crews, and anyone else operating outside of fixed locations. I strongly request that Apple adds an option in Settings > Date & Time to manually select a time zone by UTC offset (e.g., UTC-2, UTC+5, etc.). This simple feature would greatly improve the experience for countless users worldwide.

Numbers display date as MM/DD/YYYY Hello. I've been trying to change the date format that is displayed in Numbers, but to no avail. I've got region set to Poland, Europe, as always. I've got the date set as DD.MM.YYYY. But despite this, the date is still being presented in MM/DD/YYYY format. How do I change this? I use the latest Ventura system. Unfortunately, trying to change the region and the date and returning to my preferences doesn't fix the date format.
