The second technique is correct. Apple's Support document explains,

"Turn on your Mac, then immediately press and hold these two keys until you see an Apple logo or other image: Command (⌘) and R."

Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support

I understand that is not working though. If you are using a desktop Mac that uses an external keyboard, try substituting another (preferably wired USB) keyboard. The same technique will work with any keyboard, wired or wireless, but it is possible that a wireless keyboard is not communicating properly while starting the Mac.

In any event you simply must find a way to start that Mac in Recovery mode before you can erase its startup disk.

Often, people don't hold the combination of keys in the correct manner or in the correct sequence, so all I can do is refer you to those Apple Support documents. I'm not at all implying you're doing anything wrong, but I'm at a loss to explain the reason it's not entering Recovery the way it should.

Yes, it is weird, but we simply must find a way to get that Mac into Recovery mode.

So, this page says that of it’s Monterey, intel and not this T2 Chip, I should turn off the Mac, then push cmd + R when turning it on, and then stop pushing them when I see the logo.

Then I should use Disc utility, but I can’t find that kind of thing in the Mac. It’s Levytyökalu in finnish, and I don’t find that kind of thing in my system preferences.

Then there is this ”Erase all” -or something, but I don’t have it neither

Yes, this is what I thought..

This is what I do: I turn off the Mac. Then I start pushing cmd + R at the same time. I keep my fingers there, then push te power button once. Right when the Apple logo appears, I take my fingers off.

I tried this by few different styles. I first pushed the power button and right after that started pushing those two buttons. And then when the logo appeared, I kept pushin a few more seconds before stopping it. But always the same, the computer only turns on normally
