An error message appears when trying to access Apple Music on Mac
Hi.
When I open Apple Music app on Mac, it send error messages, and the Music Library doesn’t load. I can play music, when i use the Search bar, but the playlists are not displayed. furthermore always send these error messages:
- An unknown error has occurred
- Genius cannot be updated (13023)
- and like these.
The problem started more than a month ago, but i’m wait for the MacOS 14.4 update, but not improve the mistake. until today works, only sent error messages. After the update I try to log out and log in, it doesn't work as well as before. The Apple Music Works perfectly on iOS and Web. The problem is not with the subscription.
Please help me, how do i fix the problem?
