Display issues with my MacBook Pro mid 2012

My Macbook Pro Mid 2012 model suddenly developed screen like some moisture on it. Please see the Picture for an idea. I am not able to understand it is LCD problem on any moisture in been LCD and Protective screen glass. Would appreciate if anyone helps me. In my city Apple store is not looking at it and telling the problem they are just giving no advice.

If Lcd has issue can i connect to docking station. if so which docking station supports this model. I have Tagus 190-B model. Which is not supporting I mean its not connecting external monitor.
