Logic Pro launched without any window shown

I could launch the logic pro application, but whether I launch it by clicking at the app icon or opening my projects, nothing is shown on the screen.

Everything in the menu bar above are grayed out, so that I cannot create new project, the only thing I could access is the setting.

On the other hand, the Garage Band in my computer is still working fine.

These are what I have already tried so far

Uninstall and reinstall logic pro (so many times) + deleting logic pro files in the library folder
Disabling core audio in the setting
command + 1

Macbook Pro 2019, macOS Sonoma 14.4

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
