Logic Pro and Sequioa audio issues

Hi.

I recently updated my MacBook Pro wih the following specs to Sequioa 15.3:

2,4 GHz 8-core i9

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB

64GB RAM 2667 MHz DDR4

4TB Internal Harddrive

16" screen

Since the update I have had issues running Logic Pro 10.6.0.

  1. My Logic Pro crashes a lot when I edit audio in general and when using smart tempo. I am not able to interact with Logic in any way, but I am able to drag the main window around. Unable to exit it in any way besides Option+Command+ESC. Why is this happening? There seems to be quite random besides when using smart tempo and Flex tools.

2.The "Smart Tempo" settings page will not save my preferences even when clicking back and forth between the windows inside the main settings page.If I for example want to use the "set new recordings" or "set imported audio to" on, on and align bars or any of the other options it does not want to register or save my input. This makes me unable to synchronize loops, samples etc. with the tempo of my current project with ease. Is there a solution to this?

3.I am unable to set markers in any project. Using hotkeys or the marker tab to click manually just won@t register.

4.When using automation, the automation I do disappears as I start playback.

5.Edits I do in the mixer(volume, pan, mute, solo, disappears after I open and close the mixer.

I do not have the same problems in Ableton or Cubase.

I have been working in Logic daily for 10+ years, and I have never not been able to find a workaround to any problems that occurs. I have tried to reinstall Logic, deleting the preferences and turning off all my external plugins.

The OS update was out of my control, done after replacing a battery at my local Apple repair.

I am usually not updating OS when everything runs smoothly, and I guess this is why.

I am dependant on getting this up and running and appreciate all the help I can get!

Is there a reason why you are using an out-dated Logic version with the most recent MacOS?

If I were you, I would zip the old Logic version for later use, create a time machine backup, then update Logic to 11.1.2. You can unzip and rename the old version later and use both. Or roll back from the created backup.
