How can I add my contacts to my Apple Watch Series 8?

Open the Watch App on your iPhone, select the "My Watch" tab, scroll to contacts "Contacts," and choose "Mirror my iPhone."

Contacts - Apple Support (Apple Watch Ultra User Guide) states "In the Contacts app, you can view, edit, and share contacts from other devices that use the same Apple ID. You can also create contacts and set up a contact card with your own information."

Although the Article refers specifically to the "Apple Watch Ultra," I noted that my Series 7 using watchOS 10, also has that capability.

If the Article is not useful, try restarting both your Apple Watch, and your iPhone.
