Apple Watch contacts missing after iPhone 13 update
i currently updated to iphone 13 so now have paired my apple watch to iphone 13 but i don't see my contacts there

Are you using iCloud to sync your contacts?
Did you try to force restart your watch and iPhone after the latest updates?
To force restart the watch, hold down the Digital Crown and the Side button at the same time for at least 10sec, until the Apple Logo comes back again on the screen.

Also make sure, that "Mirror my iPhone" is still enabled in Settings/Contacts in the WatchApp on your iPhone.
