Unable to redeem a Audio Book received as a gift on iPhone.

I received an audio book as a gift. I hit download and went on to do something else on my phone. When I opened the book it wasn't fully downloaded and when I tried to get it again it said I'd already redeemed it.

How can I get the whole book?

Can’t download gifted book I’ve gifted my husband 3 apple audiobooks on ibooks . He clicks on the “redeem” link and it just buffers and won’t progress beyond this . He’s tried logging in and out of Apple ID and switching phone on and off again. He has an iPhone 7 it’s updated and he uses audiobooks regularly himself with no issues . How to exchange an audiobook for an ebook I accidentally gave an audiobook to someone as a gift, but I meant to give her an ebook. Can she exchange it for an ebook? She has not redeemed it yet.
