I’ve gifted my husband 3 apple audiobooks on ibooks . He clicks on the “redeem” link and it just buffers and won’t progress beyond this . He’s tried logging in and out of Apple ID and switching phone on and off again. He has an iPhone 7 it’s updated and he uses audiobooks regularly himself with no issues . Any further pointers much appreciated, thanks

If we understand your post correctly, you've gifted your husband some audiobooks but he is unable to redeem them. We're here to help!
Have you tried resending the audiobooks? If not, let's go ahead and follow the steps below:
"Resend a gift
If the recipient can't find the email with the redeem button, you can resend the gift.

Is your husband able to download or update apps? If their account has been disabled, they should check out this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Hi Thanks for your reply. In the end we worked out the “redeem” link didn’t work. We went to his Apple Books profile and clicked on the “redeem gift card link”. Once we cut and pasted the gifted books unique code from the email in, the books downloaded to his account fine . Thanks again for your help
