Unable to pair Bluetooth keyboard… help!

I had successfully paired my Logitech keyboard to my fully updated iPad. All was fine and it worked perfectly.

I wanted to try and see if I could connect the Bluetooth keyboard to my phone.

it wasn’t connecting to my phone after I had disconnected it from my iPad. I stupidly thought to “forget device” on my iPad. This has now caused me to not be able to find or connect my Bluetooth keyboard to either my iPad or phone. I’m so angry with myself.

Before anyone tells me to turn my keyboard on and off again or to put it into pairing mode, please don’t, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it a thousand times.

I have also reset my network settings because I read that it would help me find any forgotten Bluetooth devices. This also hasn’t worked at all.

the iPad and keyboard are fully charged. And my iPad is fully updated. I have made sure that’s keyboard is not connected to another device, as it can’t connect to my phone anyway.

I need help. It was a gift and I’m upset to think I have broken the gift as it seems to me that I have done everything I could think of. It could be the keyboard’s fault but it was working at some point so I doubt it. It hasn’t been dropped or smashed at all.

please if someone could give any suggestions I would be so grateful. I have interacted with the apple support AI robot thing. It has not come back to me. I think calling the Apple Store is my last resort if I don’t get any answers soon. Thanks for reading. Fingers crossed it works soon.

I have the same problem. My wireless keyboard is compatible with Apple products, and it connects to my MacBook Air and iPhone just fine, just not my iPad. The more that I thought about it, the more I lean toward the theory that it might be because of the latest iPad update. I had literally updated my iPad moments before trying to connect to the keyboard, and I know that sometimes new updates can mess with bluetooth connections and other functions.

UPDATE: Right after I made my reply and I tried again, it worked! I'm not sure what I did different this time, though, it just took many many attempts...
