Problem with app

Hello, does anyone know what’s going on? I’m getting this error on my new iPhone 14 on McDonalds’s app. Uninstalling and reinstalling app doesn’t work. The application is up to date. I will also add that this app works normally on Android, but not on iPhone...I don’t know if it’s McDonald’s problem or mine. 🤷‍♀️

Like I said before, my app is up to date, I always check if there's new update first, but strange thing happened few days ago...app started working by itself. I didn't do anything, I didn't change anything. It just started working. It was McDonald's fault I guess xD

Several things to try:


Have you restarted your device? That sometimes clears up odd issues.

Delete the app and try to redownload apps and games from Apple --> Redownload apps and games from the App Store - Apple Support
