Where is the Preference file for my Colour Palette located?

I've been in “Computer ****“ and I’ve had to wipe my M2 disc and do a clean install and not use Time Machine to restore.

Consequently can anyone tell me where or how to get my colour palette back?

I spent months creating colours for various projects and yet when I went to my backup drive and copied my March 6th Numbers folder (in the Library / Containers) it didn’t restore my colours? - They’re still blank so where is that preference because I can’t see or find a Numbers plist preference file in Preferences?:
