Apply ID Balance
Well, I’m trying to get my money out of my Apple ID because I accidentally sent it from my Apple Pay. I just wanted to know if that was available if anyone can let me know if I had this problem?

Normally once funds are in Apple Account balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.
