There seems to be a general problem with Iphone Tethering, with the network not showing across different devices or continually disconnecting. Are there any patches for this issue?
Wifi Tethering seems to never work.

Contact your wireless provider to be sure they allow
tethering and that your plan is properly provisioned so
that it works. Not all wireless providers allow tethering
and some charge extra for it.
