Allow repeated calls from only certain contacts?

Hi everyone,

I live in a different timezone than my family. So. I have set sleep mode for my nightly hours so that they don’t have to worry about my time when they text.

My brother is my emergency contact. When there is an emergency, for example something with my parents, I want him to be able to contact me.

but for his usual banter, I don’t want to be woken.

I’m asking, can I set up repeated calls allowed (within 3 mins) just for him? So he can just make sure to do that when something might be up.

I seem to be the only one on the globe who needs this as I can’t find anything anywhere about this.

Only setting I can find is ‘repeated calls allowed’ for everyone.

And ‘emergency contacts allowed’ but the thing is. I have way more non-emergency chatter with my brother. It is only for emergencies that I want to be notified.

would be great if we could only do repeated calls allowed for a group like favourites.

is that possible?
