Strange display comes up with Walmart app

My IPad is version 5 with the last available op system release. I have the Walmart webpage and the separate Walmart app installed. The webpage is fine, but the app brings up the display below. (This seems to be a VERY common problem. The same app is on my Android smartphone, no problem there.)

Deleating app and hard reboot didn’t work. I called Apple support and they didn’t even know about this, (very strange because I’ve had this problem for awhile.) Their suggestion was restoring from iCloud, but I might lose some things, and the display could still come back too.

Next step, Norton Antivirus (yes, they have an iPad app). Anyone tried that yet?
