How to remove a contact from the Recovery Contact list
Remove account recovery contact m. It doesn’t show the contact so I think I was hacked

How to remove another person as a Recovery Contact
The first part of doing this is similar to adding a contact as described in Help a friend or family member as their account recovery contact - Apple Support
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Password & Security
3. Select Account Recovery or Recovery Assistance
4. Select a person
5. Select 'Remove Contact'
