How to check if my iPhone Contacts have been compromised?

What do you go under to look to see if someone has hacked your contacts somehow and changing the name from being your name to something like evil so and stuff and it shown up but just mainly on the iPhones when I call

See if you have any apps installed that allow you to change names. This will be at Settings > Privacy & Security > Contacts.
The same can also be changed in iCloud, so if someone has your Password, they can make that change.
To make sure the change is not made from someone using your iPhone, change your Passcode.
If the name only shows up on the person you are calling, then that is the name they have assigned to your Contact Card.
