Multiple Whatsapp Backup on Single ICloud/Apple ID

I am using 2 Whatsapp on Single iPhone and Would like to inquire of my Backups are created based on Apple Device or Based on Mobile Numbers.

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Dual WhatsApp Backup In my iCloud setting there's two WhatsApp backups are showing, one in main settings with the name of WhatsApp messengers and the other is showing in the backups. so which one I can delete or I can delete both? But I want my current WhatsApp data backed up so it is possible if I delete both WA backups and again backup?
