In my iCloud setting there's two WhatsApp backups are showing, one in main settings with the name of WhatsApp messengers and the other is showing in the backups. so which one I can delete or I can delete both? But I want my current WhatsApp data backed up so it is possible if I delete both WA backups and again backup?

You can delete the WhatsApp backup in the iCloud "Backups" section to save space. This won't affect the WhatsApp-specific backup within the app.
Retain the WhatsApp Messenger backup to preserve your chat history. If you delete both, just back up again in WhatsApp under Settings > Chats > Chat Backup.
