Lines across album art in iTunes song view Post Sonoma update

Ever since the Sonoma 14.3 update (?) my album art has lines running through it on my iMac (2023) when using song view. The lines will mostly disappear when I move the cursor over them, or if I slowly scroll, but not always. The album art is fine in all other views (artist, album) and can be scrolled through at any speed without lines.

Since the primary function that I use the iMac for is to manage my music library, and song view is the only way I can look at things with all the info I want to see (which definitely includes that album art - I am more than a little obsessive about these things) this is super frustrating. I was hoping the subsequent update would take care of things, but alas, it did not.

I have tried importing new art (though it is definitely not the art since it works in other views), restarting, and updating the computer to no avail.

Anyone else with this issue and any thoughts/recommendations? Thanks!
