Either I place it on charger with battery above 50% and my phone near the watch on WiFi, it still shows the same thing that it's preparing to update.
Switching on off doesn't help.
It's been more than a month now.

Try a forced restart.
Force Apple Watch to restart
If you can’t turn off your Apple Watch or if the problem continues, you
may need to force your Apple Watch to restart. Do this only if you’re
unable to restart your Apple Watch.
To force restart, hold down
the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten
seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

My watch ultra is stuck on preparing the update since a month at 10.3 and nothing happens whatsoever. Pls help
