If you are subscribed through iOS
1) Please go to the iPhone's Settings
2) Tap on *Your name* and choose Subscriptions
3) Tap the subscription options related to the Prosperi Academy app
4) Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button
If you are subscribed through the website:
Go to your Prosperi Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription and proceed with the process.
If you subscribed through the website and then downloaded the app:
Please follow the same instructions: Prosperi Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription and proceed with the process. It will redirect you to the web app page, where you have to log in and cancel your subscription in Settings.

How did you come across Prosperi Academy?
Unless you specifically downloaded the app from the App Store and used an in-app purchase, you will need to cancel on their website where the subscription was started. When you sign up for any subscription with a third party company directly, you are bypassing Apple's ability to manage the subscription. Remember, Apple can only cancel a subscription when they are managing it through an in-app purchase.
Go to the Prosperi Academy Website, log in, go to your profile, click on the settings button, click on subscription then click on the cancel subscription button. Should cancel past that point. Take a screen shot as evidence if it doesn't.

There is currently NO WAY, to cancel Properi on my Apple Phone or laptop. All the instructions fall short of explaining this. You can see properi and all its options for subscription levels, but nothing to cancel any subscription. I went to the Properi website to cancel, i was able to do it there, but then it is still up on apple and i have not found a way to remove it on apple. To that is fraud , because the company gets millions of dollars from people who want to cancel but they can't on Apple.
First you have to determine the source of the subscription. If it was done with an in-app purchase, which requires you to double tap the side button with the amount showing on the screen followed by verification with Face ID/Touch ID or Passcode. then follow the steps provided by Limnos.
If the app directed you to their website to sign up and make an account, then it will need to be cancelled there. Some apps will prefer this method because it avoids Apple's payment processing where Apple can easily cancel the subscription. In this case the website is in charge of the subscription and bills your card directly. It appears from other users on this thread that they did this method and had to cancel on the website where an account was created.

The screenshot of the page that shows you have cancelled the subscription on their website can be used for proof. You have 2 options when signing up for a subscription on a website when you are still being billed after cancelling.

I canceled my Prosperi subscription on March 31, 2024 because I was done with using the app and there was no charge for April which would have been charged to my credit card on April 5th, but just now I got a charge for Prosperi on my credit card. It was canceled on March 31st. There’s something fraudulent about that and I can’t find a way to cancel. This is crazy!
