Blurry Pics with iphone 15promax

I am really upset with iphone 15 promax which is only 4 mths old. Travelled a long way from SE Asia to Central America & made new friends.. took some group photos.. some were ok but the important ones were blurry.. no way to retake them as we went separate ways after that.. the thing is some pics are ok, not great like my old iphone 13, but some were totally blurry

And now, this phone is doing the same thing. I am seriously considering leaving Apple because I am missing out on so many great opportunities for photos because of the horrible quality. See attached photo. The same thing happened on my previous iPhone. My spouse has an older iPhone, and this never happens. One of my friends who have iPhones I’ve had this issue issue. The phone is about a month old.. it does seem to mostly happen indoors.

Blurry iPhone photos 3rd party app Not sure if this will help anyone but I just got this phone and had the same issue- wish I would have read about this because I use a 3rd party app for work and that is the sole purpose of me getting a new phone. While not ideal- a workable solution was standing further back, then zooming in, and the picture was very clear.
