Page scrolls Up or Down when starting to click on item - MAC STUDIO M2 Max

Page scrolls up or down and I cannot click in. I have reduced motion and tried fixes listed online for MAC Studio and nothing works. I have tried different keyboard and still does the same problem. It has the same problem when I try to click into view online on newsletters, when trying to click "like" on newspaper comments, and when I go to BARD (sight impaired site) to download books - the screen moves on my MAC Studio which is a few months old won't let me click or download.

I have some workarounds that I hate to use because using them require changing browsers (each browser I use has its own special problems - In Chrome I can type in my comment but cannot click on certain items like "like" or download from BARD or select items in an email newsletter. In Safari I can click on some sites, but the field to type comments in restricts my comment to one word or I have to cut and paste in my comment from sticky notes. Same with FoxFire.

This MAC Studio M2 Max is the worse computer I've ever used by Apple.

I took it to applecare at Best Buy and they returned it still doing the same. After 3 days of trying to "fix" the problem they sent me away with same problems.

I am not technically advanced enough to use safe mode or try other inner fixes.

Is there a way to get the hardware fixed under my Applecare locally at Applcare at Best Buy? Apparently they went cheap last time and make me live with the problems.
