Making Network Users have local admin rights

Is there a easy way to have a single network user that is authenticated through Active Directory to have access to install updates and install software. Basically I need one user to have admin rights on a certain group of computers. Can this be done with Workgroup Manager? Or even ARD?

well, the setup is almost done, only missing to do this procedure the lazy admins way 🙂 but considering its just a small network of 7 machines, i can manage otherwise and it would be way overkill in every respect for us to succumb to your tropical island employment fantasies at this point... but you are welcomed to St.Lucia anytime.. just link me ..and ill give you the low cost vacation hookup 🙂

...ps: any idea why my PHDs refuse to sync email, calendars and possibly address book data, it checks it but doesnt sync to update the server side records ...
