How to disable Portrait Orientation Lock on iPhone?

Black screen with please rotate your device message Only on one particular web site……..happens when I use Safari or Chrome. How do I fix it?

To switch between Portrait and Landscape view, you generally only need to rotate the iPad/iPhone to the desired screen orientation.


You may need to disable your Screen Rotation Lock. To do so, you need to access the Control Centre; swipe downwards from the top-right corner of the screen - then tap the Screen Rotation lock icon:




The screenshot above is from an iPad; the iPhone is very similar.
