App update

So i got my current iPhone with is an iPhone 8 i got it used from a family member and the family member forgot the Password so we System Factory restored it and its tied to the family member apple id and i live in Thailand and we use Line to make callls and text and i can’t update Line because i downloaded it on the family member id But i eventually got the Apple ID Logged out and logged in to my apple id but i can’t update Line and other apps that i installed on the family member ID and i cant just reinstall it because it will Remove Chat History so pls help me and im running iOS 16.3.1 (20D67)

And i also Installed Line on my iPad that only used my apple ID as the first and current apple id
