If you're not receiving Gmails in the built-in Mail app on your iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad M2 Pro, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Gmail Settings: Make sure that your Gmail account settings are configured correctly. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, select your Gmail account, and ensure that the information, including your email address and password, is accurate.
  2. Enable IMAP: Confirm that IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is enabled for your Gmail account. You can check and enable this in your Gmail account settings on a computer.
  3. App Permissions: Check if the Mail app has the necessary permissions to access your Gmail account. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, select your Gmail account, and make sure all the required permissions are enabled.

  1. Is this your corporate email account? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
  2. If it is your personal account, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organization/enterprise/School Management?
    1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
    2. Or please get in touch with the system administrator of the organization who provided the profile to you

If you have activated a 2-step verification Google Mail account, it introduces an additional layer of security, preventing the use of your regular login password that you use when accessing your account through web browser. In such cases, you must generate a unique and device-specific application password for use on iOS devices.

To accomplish this, navigate to the provided link, which facilitates the creation of an iOS app-specific password. This distinct password ensures a secure and seamless connection between your iOS device and your Google Mail allowing you to navigate the heightened security measures while maintaining the convenience of accessing your email and other services on your iOS and macOS devices.
