How to get a refund on itunes for an accidental purchase made on ROBLOX through itunes?

My issue is with iTunes not allowing me to get a refund for an accidental purchase made by my toddler. The purchase was for the highest amount of $199 which totaled to $216 taken from my account. I noticed this with in minutes and didn't get to upset because I thought surely apple would refund me for this mistake. After disputing this transaction online and through phone apple has notified me that I am not eligible for a refund. They don't even elaborate why or what that even means. On the phone they said there's nothing they can do or no one else they can redirect my calls to. This is very disheartening as I just feel stuck and robbed. As i am a single mother of 5 and absolutely can NOT afford this. The digital robux that were bought have not been used. Is there anything else I can do or reach out to. I have never had an issue with getting a refund on any other platform.

The people responding on this support forum are users like you, so unfortunately all we can do is guide you the information Apple does provide. Apple, however, does not have much on its criteria for refusing refunds. Here are two sections from Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions - Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

- "All Transactions are final."

I understand this as meaning Apple is starting from a point where any refund is considered an exception. Apple may provide a refund but can also simply say no without having to provide a reason. I understand this can be frustrating but by using the service you agree to the terms.

- "From time to time, Apple may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim." Make of this what you will. Think of reasons why somebody may consider your request to be fraud or abuse. Remember, Apple cannot reach out and remove something you have downloaded. They have to trust that your request is sincere and honest, but there may be limits.

You can see if the terms are different for where you live by clicking on this link Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple select your location and then your language.

If you feel you want to discuss a refund request, try to contact a live person using a telephone or chat request.

Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Note that if you give another person a device, or give them access on your device, you are taking responsibility for things they do while using it. Apple offers these proactive services:

Sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid there's nothing anyone here can do, and if Apple denied the refund request it's typically final.

You might try contacting support- I'm not sure how helpful it'd be but maybe you'd get a chance to explain:
