Was working fine, problem started about 3 weeks ago. Latest ios, no carrier updates, wifi is ok & cellular data turned on. If you press 1 or dial your cell # same result---mailbox is empty!
This sounds like a Boston Technologies problem (maker of voicemail). Could be due to software upgrade.

Report the issue to your phone carrier, voicemail is their feature.

Who ever your phone carrier is contact them, not sure what issue you're having contacting them.
Voicemail is a phone carrier feature, not Apples...

No voicemail in mailbox--mailbox is empty. Get visual indication, transcript of vm and recorded after press play
